In very few cases, we got customer feedback: “I used the license key only yesterday, and I’m not sure what happened, until I try to use it now, what can be done at my end?”
For the same specific laptop that you have activated with our JET Pro software, follow the below steps, and it will be fixed.
- Close Software
- Check your internet network or switch to another smooth network
- Run the program again (After the software is re-run in the same specific laptop, the JET PRO will be active again. Please keep in mind that for the same specific laptop, once your license was originally activated, the system will require no license activation again no matter if it’s a demo license or an official license).
